14 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
You’ll receive an email titled “It’s Time to Check-in for Your Stay with BCA.” Simply follow the instructions to complete our At Your Leisure Check-In®. This quick and easy process takes only 5 minutes, and you can complete it from anywhere with an internet connection.
1-2 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVAL
You’ll receive a follow-up email with your unique door code, the property address, and your apartment number. Be sure to check your spam folder if you haven’t seen the email by the day before your arrival, and feel free to call us if needed.
ON YOUR DAY OF ARRIVAL
Head straight to the apartment listed in your arrival instructions any time after 4:00 PM. Your email will provide all the details you need for seamless access. Inside the apartment, you’ll find instructions for letting us know you’ve arrived, Wi-Fi details, and any additional property information.
DEPARTURE DAY
We’ve made departure just as simple! There are no long checklists or cleaning steps to worry about. Our cleaning team will take care of everything. Just ensure you’ve collected all your belongings, lock the door behind you, and return any physical keys (if applicable). That’s it!
